A complete local AI system: the hardware, the operating system, the software that runs the AI models, and the applications we build for your tasks. It arrives set up and tested. You plug it in, connect it to your network, and your staff use it through a browser or the tools they already have.
No. You need one person who knows the work and can make decisions. If you have IT staff, we work with them on the network and user access. If you don’t, we handle it.
You do. The hardware, the AI models, the applications we build for you and your data all belong to your company.
Everything keeps running. The system sits in your office and does not depend on us to work. We hand over documentation, and you can take over maintenance yourselves or use another provider.
For most everyday business work, such as drafting, summarising, checking documents and answering from your own files, today’s open models are very capable. For some very hard tasks the largest cloud models are still ahead. During the free consultation we test on examples of your real work, so you can judge before you buy.
It helps a great deal, because your documents and prompts never leave your premises. It does not make you compliant on its own. We set up access controls and logs, and help you write simple rules for how staff use AI.
